  • Adult Programs: Providing access to high quality, comprehensive health care services to those Virginians who qualify for our programs.
  • Programs for Children: FAMIS is Virginia's program that helps families provide health insurance to their children.

Health Reform Status

Exchange: The federal government will run the health insurance exchange in Virginia.

Medicaid: It is not known at this time whether the state will expand Medicaid eligibility.
